Your order is processed immediately by our logistics teams. Parts in stock are collected and professionally packed in our 17,000 square metre logistics centre. Parts that are not in stock are ordered from Mercedes-Benz on the same day and arrive at our centre in the evening so that the complete order is ready for you at night.
Fast processing and delivery
Our in-house courier and external transport service providers take care of parcels in the early hours of the morning. We promise you a fast and uncomplicated delivery. * In Germany and BeNeLux, our delivery will reach you within 24 hours. For all other EU countries, delivery time on request. Express delivery is available at any time on request.

We deliver the ordered spare parts with our own fleet of vehicles or established logistics partners. The delivery time depends on the country and can be requested at any time.

Which countries does Herbrand24 deliver to?
We deliver to all countries in the European Economic Area and to Switzerland, the EU and EFTA.
When and how do I receive the invoice and when do
I have to pay it?
We generally issue a collective invoice every Friday or at the end of the month. You will receive this to your user e-mail address or, if specified, to a different invoice e-mail address. The invoice amount is due immediately.

I urgently need the spare parts I ordered - what
can I do?
After consultation, you can come and collect your parts from us or we can organise express delivery. In both cases, please contact our Customer Service.
